Butterscotch PMR Winter Squash has an unusually rich, sweet, starchy flavor for a butternut type. Small one to two pound fruits mature early. Limited storage, best up to 3 months after maturity. Short, space-saving vines with high resistance to powdery mildew. Avg. yield: three to four fruits per plant. Harvest in about 100 days. Germination rate about 80% or better. Get a cold drink, a snack and enjoy nature out on our farm.

We turn our farm produce into delicious homemade canned goods available for purchase in our farm store. We built a beautiful commercial kitchen next door to our farm store where we make fruit preserves, jelly, pickles, canned veggies, salsa, and more. Delicious homemade canned goods in store only! These are seasonal items!
