First of all, the folks at FABCBD are engaging and friendly. They understand that customer satisfaction matters. That’s not a real common practice in businesses these days so I keep coming back. Then the products…well…between the oils, gummies, nighttime gummies, and cream so far…I’m a highly satisfied customer.
Josh Delaney “I really enjoy the health benefits of the fab superfood supplements. Tons of nutrition and an all in one supplement. It’s truly the best way to start your day with simply mixing one scoop with water and ice.”
Their customer service is the best, bar on. The salve is really life-changing. I don’t go anywhere without it. The Fab Community is unbelievable. Extremely willing to help anyone and everyone. They share issues, solutions, and what they use many of the products for. Thanks for being who you are!
For us, what set Medterra CBD oils apart was the fact that they were the best-flavored product we have ever tasted. The chocolate mint tincture, in particular, offers an extraordinary taste that uniquely combines the natural aromas of hemp with a subtle bitterness that’s not in any way overpowering.
- Formulated with 8mg of Vitamin E, as well as full-spectrum cannabinoids such as CBDa (1-5%), CBC, CBG, and CBN
- Contains flavor-enhancing terpenes such as myrcene, limonene, alpha & beta-pinene, and linalool
- Full-spectrum formula contains over 400 molecules from natural hemp plant extract
- Hemp seed oil is used as the carrier oil, which may not optimize bioavailability
I was buying this from a botanical shop for several years, unfortunately, they had to close their shop, and the new place I was going to didn’t have it. So glad I took the chance to seek out Medterra through your web page. Thank you so much. I will be purchasing again and again.
Medterra products seems to be of high quality and you can see they put alot of effort in doing third party lab testing to ensure their products are safe to use. I ordered my first CBD oil for dogs and waiting for it to arrive soon. The shipping sems to be fast and customer service is wondeful and helpful in choosing a product.
I love this product!! The raw hemp oil has saved me it helps with SOOOOO many different ailments I used to suffer from. The ordering and delivery is super quick!! Please do not hesitate to give Medterra products a try! You will not be disappointed!
Unlike other CBD products on the market, PureKana is all about innovation. The brand is constantly launching new products and improving the quality of its CBD formula. For example, they have just recently launched a new line of health-specific CBD products, including a proprietary 1600mg high-potency oil that works extraordinarily well for pain – especially when combined with their topical “Pain-Relief Roll-on Gel.”
- 1,600mg CBD content that contains lab-verified phytochemicals
- Sourced from USA grown, non-GMO hemp
- Extracted from raw, pesticide & fertilizer-free aerial plant parts
- Definitely not the cheapest CBD oil on our list
I suffer from chronic anxiety and it impairs me during my high demanding jon and everyday life. Taking purekana cbd gummies help me think things clearly, sleep better and be able to function without anxiety clouding my judgment. I have taken meds before and it wasn’t for me due to all the side effects that came with it. There’s so many benefits that came with purekana cbd with absolutely no side effects. And I appreciate all the discounts they offer!
A friend referred me to PureKana several years ago. I have been very happy with my purchases. I use the CBD gummies and I sleep better and am more pain free since using them. I also like the CBD Cream + CBG Pain Relief ointment. I hurt my knee and this is the only thing that gives me pain relief.
Love. love. love! I took PureKana for about 3 month. I am 62 active and clean houses for a living. I have arthritis in almost all joints, not bad, just a smidge. So I am ache sometimes and was feeling lethargic so I bought some. Didn’t realize I was feeling good until I ran out! And back in the dumper I was. Hope to get my new shipment soon! And I also am on a, send me some every couple months please.
A lot of people like to mix things up and continuously try new CBD products. For those folks, we definitely have to recommend Tommy Chong’s. Borne from one half of the famous Cheech and Chong’s duo, the oils from this brand are designed and engineered with a robust terpene content to smell and taste just like actual marijuana. Oh, and the prices aren’t too bad either!
- Delicious taste and flavor
- Sourced from organic Colorado hemp
- Provides the most amount of CBD per mL in a standard size bottle
- Same mg bottle size is used for all four concentrations
I accidentally ordered the natural flavor last time and was surprised that it’s not a strong earthy flavor! Love the oils and can’t wait to try other products!
The gummies are my absolute favorite and I take advantage of their great sales whenever I can. Shipping is always super quick and customer service is always very prompt in answering any questions. Their community Facebook page is full of happy customers who are also happy to share their advice and experience with their favorite products. Customer for life!
I did a ton of research when I was looking for the right company and even still my expectations were blown out of the water, not only by the quality of the products but the company itself. They make sure we as consumers have access to as much clear information as possible on the products, which can be confusing if you’re just getting into the CBD world.
Premium Jane made it onto our list because we feel they offer the best high-potency CBD oil with their 5,000mg Broad-Spectrum (THC-free) formula. This tincture is a bit pricey, but if you’re looking for an oil you can trust with reliable, fast-acting effects, it’s worth every penny.
- Comes in two naturally derived flavors: Peach Nectar and Lemon Lime
- Made from select American-grown hemp crops
- Precision crafted in one of the most powerful formulas on the market
- Free USA shipping on all orders
- Definitely on the expensive side
Shipping was lil late but other than that everything was nice and taste great. I really liked their CBD gummies.
I have a love for all things citrus and so I was right away interested in trying their oil in the citrus flavor – the lightness of it is really nice and you can hardly tell that its CBD actually. I’ll be buying more again soon!
For a relatively small brand, Binoid has a massive selection of not only products to choose from, but a huge selection of delta-8, THC-O and other oils made from “rare” cannabinoids. And the best part? They’re all excellently priced. In addition to selling one of the best inexpensive CBD oils out there, Binoid offers a superb selection of edibles – if you’re looking for the best value in terms of mg-of-CBD-per-dollar, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better option.
- Inexpensive prices allow you to try out a few products to see which works best for you
- Available in a variety of flavor options
- Best used for calm, relaxation, and general wellness support
- Not overly potent or fast-acting
High quality CBD products – I am regular, repeat customer. They always ship fast and packaged well. I highly recommend this online store. Use the automatic refill option and the discount makes this the best possible place to order from.
I ordered the sleep gummies but when they came the gummies where melted. I thought that i just lost $100 but I called customer service. I sent them a picture o the melted gummies they offered me a replacement. Just to make sure I am there for delivery bc of the heat in Arizona. I got my replacement in one place I truly appreciate the customer service and products
I have tried a few CBD vape cartridge brands (UK-based) and just got 3 carts this morning after ordering over the weekend. Really impressed with the cart and packaging quality compared to what I have tried before. The flavour is great and the CBD is potent. Appreciate the quality products!s
EDITOR’S CHOICE: Why Fab Is the Best CBD Oil Brand in 2022
Given the sheer number of CBD companies in today’s saturated market, it wasn’t easy to narrow down the brands that offer the best CBD oil. However, we painstakingly analyzed the various facets highlighted above, and the process ultimately worked well as we weeded out dozens of companies that didn’t come close to making the grade. Aside from considering CBD oil reviews from customers, we also looked at the overall quality of each oil, its taste and CBD concentration, and most importantly, the overall value for the money it offered. Ultimately, we settled on Fab CBD because it came out on top when all these rating factors were averaged.
Understanding What CBD Oil Is
CBD oil is a substance derived from the cannabis plant. It can come from either marijuana or hemp, both of which fall under the taxonomic classification of Cannabis sativa L. Proponents claim that CBD has many therapeutic benefits, including the potential to ease symptoms relating to anxiety, depression, sleep trouble, chronic pain, and even epilepsy.
At present, CBD (cannabidiol) is not an FDA-approved substance. The sole exception is an epilepsy drug called Epidiolex, which uses CBD as its key active ingredient.
The 2018 Farm Bill caused a fair degree of confusion in this regard, as it effectively legalized industrial hemp farming in most states (as of April 2021, hemp cultivation is now legal in all 50 states). Depending on the specific strain, industrial hemp can contain significant amounts of cannabinoids, including cannabidiol. This is why the Farm Bill states that hemp is legal as long as it has a THC content of 0.3% or less.
The extremely low level of THC in hemp means those who use CBD oil derived from hemp should not feel an intoxicating high. However, as you will quickly discover in this guide, not every CBD product is created equal. The best CBD brands put time, effort, and money into producing the best products. This is one of the reasons why premium-grade CBD is relatively expensive.
While there are dozens of cannabidiol products to choose from, CBD oil remains among the most popular. Most oils come in a bottle with an integrated dropper cap; users simply place a few drops of oil beneath the tongue, hold for up to 60 seconds, and swallow. Waiting for 60 seconds enables cannabinoids in the oil to enter the body efficiently via sublingual glands and blood vessels. Most agree that CBD, when taken sublingually (below the tongue), has a higher absorption rate than CBD consumed orally.
Science-Backed Benefits of CBD Oil
When discussing CBD oil benefits, one must tread carefully. Remember, most CBD products are not FDA-approved. As a result, sellers can’t make any health claims about their products. They especially can’t say that CBD “treats” or “cures” any condition or ailment. Because of this, when CBD brands discuss how cannabidiol works in the body, they must use careful language.
That being said, aside from “curing” or “treating” anything, CBD can offer users tremendous benefits in terms of helping to establish and maintain a healthier lifestyle. Some of these key benefits include:
- Regulating sleep cycles and establishing natural sleep patterns
- Helping manage anxiety and everyday stresses
- Assisting in the management of things like pain, soreness, and joint stiffness
Research Is Ongoing
The level of study regarding the way CBD works in the body is increasing significantly. Many studies suggest the compound could reduce a person’s level of anxiety, for example, or help them sleep.
In a 2020 study by Atalay and colleagues, the authors state that CBD “has many beneficial pharmacological effects, including anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.”
A separate study by Hammell et al.; involving rats with induced arthritis showed that a transdermal CBD gel provided pain relief and reduced inflammation.
However, thanks mainly to the FDA approval of Epidiolex, the most detailed fields of study into the benefits of CBD oil relate to seizures and epilepsy. Many studies suggest that using cannabidiol can reduce the frequency and severity of seizures. For example, a study by Silvestro et al. published in April 2019 in Molecules suggests that CBD “could represent hope for patients who are resistant to all conventional anti-epileptic drugs.”
There are dozens of other research papers that draw similar conclusions. This study, published in Epilepsy Currents in 2014, provides a wealth of practical information regarding CBD and epilepsy. The trouble is that the lack of clinical research in other areas hinders the cannabinoid’s use for other conditions.
Without clinical research, the FDA is unlikely to change its stance – and without full legality, it will not be easy for researchers to get the funding they need to investigate the use of cannabidiol for other medical conditions.
The Best CBD Oil For Pain
CBD is also widely used for pain relief, and we see from this list that some of the best CBD oils may positively impact pain management. However, it’s important to remind readers that CBD oil isn’t approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for pain management. This means that the products and statements made in this article are also not evaluated by the FDA. As a result, we must point out that CBD is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any pain-related disease or medical condition.
However, CBD has received significant attention even without the FDA’s approval. You’ve likely seen featured stories on top news networks or have seen/read about CBD being recommended by high-profile figures for various forms of pain relief. For instance, Charlotte’s Web, a company once branded by Yahoo Finance as “the world’s leading CBD brand by market share,” has been featured numerous times on sites such as CNN and The Wall Street Journal and in popular fitness magazines like Men’s Health.
Early Research Supports CBD Oil for Pain
The number of studies into CBD’s effect on pain is increasing rapidly. A study published in the European Journal of Pain looked at the impact of transdermal CBD on rats with induced arthritis. The researchers applied CBD gel to the rats’ pain sites in four different concentrations (0.6, 3.1, 6.2, and 62.3mg) for four consecutive days.
They found that the CBD gel significantly reduced joint swelling. Interestingly, the 62.3mg dose was no more effective than the 6.2mg dose.
Meanwhile, a study published in Frontiers in Immunology in 2018 tested the anti-inflammatory properties of CBD on mice. After applying the cannabinoid for ten days, the researchers found a reduction in inflammatory markers. They used a rodent encephalitis model that imitates the impact multiple sclerosis has on the body.
A study conducted at Syracuse University in 2021 again found that CBD has possible pain-relieving effects. It is major news because the team conducted the first-ever experimental pain trial to examine CBD’s effect on humans. The data showed that cannabidiol could make pain feel less unpleasant, although it didn’t reduce experimental pain intensity.
Perhaps most importantly, the researchers found that CBD improved pain measures compared to a placebo. Hopefully, this is the beginning and will lead to the acceptance of CBD as a painkilling option.
Why the Best CBD Oils Aren’t Available in Every State
It is still relatively easy to find CBD in most areas. However, some states are more strict than others regarding what a CBD product is (and isn’t) allowed to contain. The Idaho Office of Drug Policy, for example, states that CBD products must contain zero THC and must come from one of just five outlined parts of the hemp plant.
The good news for residents across the USA is that the federal government is mostly leaving it up to individual states to establish regulations on the use and availability of hemp and CBD. Most states have fully accepted hemp’s newfound legality, though a small handful remains stubborn in their policies. (To learn more about the cannabinoid in your specific location, be sure to check out our CBD state guides.)
No matter where you live, investing in a reliable, well-made CBD oil that will work is the most important thing. As we outline in detail above, this can be inherently tricky – particularly given today’s saturated market with hundreds, if not thousands, of CBD brands.
Things to Look for When Searching for the Best CBD Oil
If CBD oil is available in your state, the next step is to identify the best CBD oils on the market. We recommend taking the following steps in your search:
Know the hemp source: Ideally, the CBD brand will use industrial hemp grown in the United States or one of a select few European Union nations. Hemp from regulated U.S. farmlands maintains high levels of quality. As a result, you know that the hemp is free from GMOs, fertilizers, and other contaminants such as pesticides and heavy metals.
Check for third-party lab reports: Lab reports are not cheap, but all reputable CBD brands pay for them. A lab report lets customers know any CBD product’s precise cannabinoid and terpene content. In most places, the maximum permitted THC content is 0.3%. However, as discussed above, in states like Idaho, products are not even allowed to contain trace amounts.
Look at the extraction method used: CO2 extraction involves using carbon dioxide to remove cannabinoids from the hemp plant. The supercritical version of this process is considered the gold standard and is what many top CBD brands use today to manufacture effective, highly potent CBD products. In general, cannabinoid extraction using CO2 provides the best quality CBD oil.
Know the difference between a CBD oil and a CBD tincture: When looking for the best CBD oils online, you will see that some CBD brands label their CBD oils as CBD tinctures, even when they are not alcohol-based tinctures. Apparently, this is in response to consumers incorrectly using the terms CBD oil and CBD tincture interchangeably. Naturally, this can be very confusing when trying to find the best CBD oils available. As mentioned, most leading CBD brands use CO2 extraction to remove the CBD from the hemp plant material.
However, manufacturers of CBD tinctures use high-proof alcohol in conjunction with low heat to extract the CBD for their products. Therefore, it is essential to read the product description and its list of ingredients on the packaging to know precisely how the CBD was extracted and what’s in it. Premium-quality CBD oil typically has a carrier oil base, such as MCT oil, whereas CBD tinctures are alcohol-based.
Find the appropriate CBD hemp extract: Customers these days can buy full-spectrum CBD oil, which contains nearly a full array of the cannabinoids and terpenes present in hemp. Many CBD brands also offer broad-spectrum options, which are almost the same but contain no THC. Finally, CBD isolates include nothing other than cannabidiol infused in a carrier oil. For those that believe in the entourage effect, full or broad-spectrum CBD oils are probably the way to go. However, CBD isolate oils can be useful for those that want (or need) to avoid consumption of THC.
Other things to consider and evaluate are:
- The CBD brand’s overall customer review scores
- Their standards of customer service and care
- Their reputation (including how long they’ve been in the industry)
- Their dedication to product transparency
- Their shipping, refund, and return policies.
It’s also essential to research and understand a company’s lab reports or Certificates of Analysis; this will let you know whether their CBD oils contain other potentially unwanted ingredients.
Trying to identify the best CBD oil on the market was tricky. There are always hot new brands gaining a lot of positive attention, and it can admittedly be difficult to separate blown-up hype from a product’s tangible value.
At the end of the day, it seems as if the best CBD oils always come from the ‘old hands’ – i.e., the companies we’ve listed above. These brands have been around for several years (a long time in the CBD world) and have developed stellar reputations. Ultimately, we believe Fab CBD is the #1 brand currently on the market. They offer the right balance between quality, cost, and range of products. Their CBD oil tastes fantastic, and countless users say their products have benefitted them in ways other brands can’t compare to. CBD Oil Reviews: A Compilation of User Experiences
If you’re thinking about trying CBD oil but aren’t sure if it’s worth it, we’ve got you covered. This post compiles hundreds of user reviews to distill the most valuable information. We review the effectiveness, adverse effects, and other practical aspects of different products on the market. Read on.
Disclaimer: This post only summarizes the reviews of users, who may or may not have medical or scientific training. We cannot attest to the accuracy and trustworthiness of the compiled reviews, which do not represent the opinions of SelfHacked. We recommend choosing CBD oil based on scientific evidence, preferably under medical guidance. Remember to discuss this with your physician before trying any CBD oil.
Why Compile CBD Oil Reviews?
According to the Mayo Clinic, the only approved use of CBD oil comes in the form of prescription anti-seizure medication and further research needs to be done to decipher its benefits in other conditions. But that has not stopped many people from using it for a myriad of conditions.
In fact, more and more people are using CBD oil for conditions such as chronic pain, anxiety, sleep disorders, and depression.
In addition to learning, if there is any scientific validity to its supposed benefits, an important part of the research is getting to know the first-hand experiences of other users. While personal experiences don’t translate into efficacy, these experiences might provide some warning on potential side effects you should be aware of.
The main questions you should ask before choosing a specific brand usually revolve around the following:
- How effective are different products?
- What side effects did other people experience?
- What’s the best oil for your budget?
- Which products are the easiest to use?
- How reputable is the company you’re buying from?
Navigating CBD oil reviews can feel like going through a pitch-black maze, especially if you’re a first-time user. That’s why we decided to review hundreds of user experiences and compile the answers to all the important questions in one post. Remember, we encourage everyone to discuss with their physician before taking any supplements, let alone something like CBD oil which is a relatively new product on the market and has not had years of clinical research to back up its supposed benefits to health.
What Do People Use CBD Oil for?
The effectiveness and health benefits of CBD oil varied depending on the health conditions people used it for. We summarized user experiences for the main CBD oil uses below. Remember that these are just user experiences and your results vary. That is why it is very important to discuss CBD oil with your physician.
People using CBD oil to control seizures or epilepsy in children mostly said that it acts quickly and gives good results.
According to users, CBD oil greatly reduced the frequency, duration, and severity of the seizures. What’s more, they reported fewer adverse effects than with conventional anti-seizure drugs.
CBD oil users generally claimed it helped them with seizures. According to many of them, it has few side effects.
2) Chronic Pain
Although not approved by the FDA, most people used CBD oil to relieve chronic pain.
They suffered from conditions such as arthritis, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, surgical pain, migraines, and back pain. Some reported that the oil reduced pain and improved their quality of life.
In some cases, they reported added benefits such as helping them relax, lifting their mood, and improving their sleep quality. One person even claimed that she lost a few pounds from using it.
People with multiple sclerosis also reported reduced involuntary muscle contractions and tremors from taking CBD oil. In some cases, they claimed that the oil improved mobility and helped them walk without the aid of a device.
Those with arthritis reported that the oil relieved joint pain, stiffness, and inflammation. They felt increased arm and leg mobility, which allowed them to cut down on painkillers.
Approximately one-third of people with chronic pain used CBD to substitute opioid painkillers or lower their dose. They generally found CBD effective and didn’t experience the adverse effects and harsh withdrawal syndrome from these drugs.
A lot of people taking CBD oil suffered from severe anxiety, including social phobia, panic disorder, OCD, ADHD, and PTSD. In other cases, anxiety resulted from painful conditions such as fibromyalgia, IBD, and back pain.
In general, they were happy with the results and reported that the oil quickly made them feel more relaxed without getting them high.
Because anxiety often comes hand in hand with poor sleep, it’s not surprising that many users reporting that CBD oil reduced their anxiety also slept better afterwards.
4) Sleep Issues
Some users took CBD oil to improve insomnia or sleep issues that were a result of their anxiety and chronic pain.
Most say a single dose before going to bed helped them fall asleep faster and sleep through the night without feeling groggy or tired in the morning.
Few people took CBD oil for depression. Many, however, reported mood improvement as an added benefit to its effects on anxiety and pain. The oil supposedly helped them feel more joyful and optimistic.
What’s the Downside CBD Oil Users Talk About?
Although most CBD oil users were satisfied, some of them were left disappointed. They either didn’t feel anything or experienced side effects. This section compiles the main complaints.
By far, the most common complaint among dissatisfied users was that the oil didn’t work for them.
In some cases, the reason might’ve been an insufficient dose. For instance, a user who vaped CBD oil felt that the dose per puff was too low and only felt some relief after repeated use. Another person with back and neck pain admitted not using CBD consistently.
Some complaints might be due to not using CBD oil properly. One user who took it for insomnia at 9 AM (instead of doing so before going to bed) complained about feeling drowsy two hours later but not at night.
A few users could have developed tolerance, since the oil stopped working after several weeks.
A person who took CBD for schizophrenia recommended low doses only when needed to avoid developing tolerance. Another person said he switched brands because he didn’t feel anything from the oil he was taking.
But for some users who even took the CBD oil properly, they said they didn’t get any benefits from the product.
CBD oil didn’t work for some people. For some, this may be because they were using a low dose or taking the oil at the wrong time of the day. For others, they did not think it benefited them.
Several users noticed unwanted effects from using CBD oil.
The most common side effects, regardless of the condition, were dry mouth, nausea, digestive issues, drowsiness, fatigue, and disorientation.
Some effects were specific to the condition or delivery form.
A woman taking CBD oil for anxiety reported having nightmares that caused her to wake up in panic attacks. In turn, another woman using CBD oil balm for arthritis developed a rash.
The risk of adverse effects increased at high doses. A user reported that a moderate CBD dose helped with her depression but not with chronic pain. When she doubled the dose, it still didn’t improve her pain and worsened her depression.
Similarly, several users reported headaches or irritability after taking high doses for a wide range of conditions.
CBD oil may also interact with prescription drugs. A man taking it for depression noticed that the oil increased his anxiety when he combined it with Xanax.
Users reported some CBD oil side effects, more frequently at high doses. Some even reported adverse interactions with their prescription medication.
Finally, many users complained about practical aspects unrelated to health, such as the brand and delivery form.
Most people complained about the high price of CBD oil.
However, satisfied users normally concluded that paying a bit more was worth it, since the more expensive oils were usually more effective, such as CBD oil from 4 Corners Cannabis. There were, however, some exceptions such as CBDistillery and Lazarus Natural Products. These brands offered high-quality oils at relatively low prices.
Many users found the customer service of some companies poor. Unresponsive or impolite staff, slow shipping, and payments processed through foreign banks (subjected to transaction fees) were the most common complaints. Pure Kana and Green Roads obtained the lowest rating, while the customer service of cbdMD was highly valued.
Some users experienced issues with the packaging: leaking bottles, droppers without marks to adjust the dose, and difficult-to-open containers.
A user of a THC-containing brand (Sunsoil CBD Oil) reported testing positive for marijuana after taking the oil. Conversely, several brands such as Hemp Bombs, Medterra, and Nature’s Script sell 100% THC-free products.
Several users of forms taken by mouth (including oil tinctures, vapes, and gummies) couldn’t stand the taste. In the case of topical forms, some users complained about their smell, greasy texture, and poor absorption through the skin. One user reported that the oil stained his clothes and wouldn’t come off.
Make sure to get CBD oil from a reputable brand. Many people complain about poor product quality, packaging, and customer service.
CBD oil is considered experimental and more research is warranted before deciding on its effectiveness. Speak with your doctor before trying it out.
CBD oil reviews are extremely diverse, but a lot of users share positive experiences.
People say CBD oil relieves pain, anxiety, and seizures. Using it before sleep helped many users get a good night’s sleep. A handful of people also say it helps with depression and gut problems.
Some people claim CBD oil doesn’t work for them. In some cases, though, they admit using low doses or not taking the oil often enough. Others were taking CBD oil the wrong way, such as using it in the morning (instead of before bed) to improve sleep.
Users who complain about side effects — dry mouth, nausea, and drowsiness — were more frequently taking high doses.
Where you buy the oil from also matters. Many people complain about poor product quality, bad customer support, and packaging issues.
Some people have genes that make them more likely to experience inflammation. Check out SelfDecode’s Inflammation DNA Wellness Report for genetic-based diet, lifestyle, and supplement tips that can help reduce inflammation levels. The recommendations are personalized based on YOUR DNA.

Joe Cohen won the genetic lottery of bad genes. As a kid, he suffered from inflammation, brain fog, fatigue, digestive problems, anxiety, depression, and other issues that were poorly understood in both conventional and alternative medicine.
